About us

Sustainability - at Allgaier Agrarhandel

Allgaier is guided by the Triple Bottom Line (TBL), a concept that encourages companies to look beyond pure financial profit and integrate social and environmental impacts into their business practices. The TBL covers three main areas in which companies should measure their performance: economic, social and environmental.

Conscious integration of ecological products

Ecological sustainability

  • Conscious integration of organic products such as MeLixo, OxiLem and Fortena Lein70+ into the product range to reduce CO2 and methane emissions in livestock farming.
  • Acceptance and marketing of organically produced grain.
  • Launch of an orchard meadow project to preserve the cultural landscape of Baden-Württemberg with over 20,000 contract trees on more than 530 hectares.
  • Dispatching using Opheo for climate-efficient route planning by reducing empty runs: 5% reduction in CO2 emissions.
