Dear reader,
Today we would like to inform you about the current situation on the fertilizer market and the PAMIRA collection.
1st PAMIRA collection (disposal of empty crop protection canisters)
Date: Wednesday, October 23 and Thursday, October 24, 2024 (only on these days)
Venue: New warehouse, Carl-Benz-Straße 2, 89604 Allmendingen
Phone: 07391/7004-70
This appointment applies to Allmendingen; disposal at our branch offices will take place one week earlier or can be coordinated directly with Bondorf and Gussenstadt.
4o
The containers must be empty, rinsed, and dry. Only canisters with labels and of German origin may be submitted. Ensure that the canisters are clean both inside and outside. The lids must be unscrewed and delivered separately or disposed of in the trash. Larger containers (Luprosil barrels) must be cut into smaller parts (6). A controller will be on-site to oversee proper submission. Canisters that are not empty, rinsed, and dry will not be accepted.
2. current market situation on the fertilizer market
The current fertilizer prices are interesting for partial coverage for the next season. The price is at an “affordable level”, but a downward improvement is not to be expected. The current gas prices are once again making fertilizer production more expensive, and urea prices are also rising again. The conflicts in the Middle East are further exacerbating the situation.
For the production of fertilizers in Europe, manufacturers will have to pay significantly more for energy in the coming months than before, which is why it is not possible to offer lower prices.
Conclusion: Take advantage of the current interesting price level for fertilizers to partially secure your requirements for the new season. Price fluctuations are limited on the downside by energy prices, but open on the upside.

We also stock many other types of fertilizer (standard and special fertilizers) in bags and BigBags.
Now is the best time to order your BigBags. The price level is favorable and higher prices can be expected in the coming months. We can also guarantee timely delivery until the end of the year.
We deliver most types of fertilizer with our own vehicles, which often carry a forklift. Half and full loads are delivered with moving floor vehicles or by freight forwarder.
Make sure that basic nutrients such as phosphorus and potash as well as a balanced lime supply are of great importance for plant nutrition. Stress phases (dry periods, heat, heavy rain) can be better handled with a good basic nutrient supply, which guarantees more stable yields. In recent years, fertilization with complete fertilizer, PK and lime has often been neglected, which has a negative impact on yield and quality.
Please contact your specialist advisor or sales representative to develop a suitable fertilizer strategy.
